E-ON Pickleball Clinic - 2026 - Kingston, ON

The application period for Soldier On members wishing to participate in the E-ON Kingston Pickleball Clinic on 3 & 13 March 2026 is now open. The application deadline is 17 February 2026.

AIM AND SCOPE OF EVENT:  
Soldier On, Eastern Ontario Region will host an Introduction to Pickleball on 3 & 13 March 2026.  Each half-day offers participants an opportunity to learn the basics of Pickleball through instruction and play. Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports and allows participants to be active both physically and socially.  The event will be held at the Kingston Pickleball Club, Kingston ON.

The number of Soldier On participants is limited to 12.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 
Any serving member or veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Kingston, Trenton, and Brockville and surrounding regions who acquired a permanent physical or mental health illness or injury while enrolled as a member of the CAF; whether attributable or not to service.

Serving members will require the approval of their Chain of Command to participate and must have the authorization form submitted to the E-ON Soldier On Regional Coordinator by the application deadline or your application will not be considered.

DRAFT SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

3 & 13 March 2026 (Each Day)

• 12:45 Welcome Brief
• 1:00 Instruction/Skills
• 2:00 Game Play/Practice
• 4:00 Event closes.

TRANSPORTATION & MEALS:
Participants are advised that transportation, accommodations and meals will not be provided by Soldier On for this event. Participants will have to arrange for their own transportation to and from the event.

Mental & Physical Requirements:
Applicants must be able to tolerate 3 hours of moderate paced activities. Due to the busy activity schedule, applicants must have a limited requirement for rest throughout the day. 

Applicants will be joined with other ill/injured members and civilians, and therefore should be able to function in a social environment.
