In 2014, I sustained a major traumatic accident while parachuting.

I acquired my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)  by witnessing numerous traumatic incidents over my 25-year military service.

I recently retired from the Canadian Armed Forces after more than 16 years of service. During my last mission in Afghanistan I gradually started developing mental health problems.
