In coordination with our valued partners, the Canadian Armed Forces Transition Group (CAF TG) will deliver personalized, professional, and standardized casualty support and transition services to CAF members and their families to enable seamless transition and enhanced well-being, with special attention provided to ill and injured personnel, their families and the families of the deceased. Canadian Armed Forces members have access to a range of programs while serving in the Forces, including exceptional medical and mental health care, support for families, and comprehensive reintegration and return-to-work programs for those who are ill and injured. Mental Health Resources.
Established in 2007, Support Our Troops meets the unique needs and special challenges faced by members of the Canadian Armed Forces community as a result of military service. It operates within Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services.
 
This includes providing financial assistance to promote family resiliency.

OSISS provides a national peer support network for Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans and their families experiencing an operational stress injury (OSI).  OSSIS
Military Family Services (MFS) is responsible for the management of the Military Family Services Program (MFSP) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).
