National Golf Series Western Canada 2026
The application period for Soldier On members wishing to participate in the National Golf Series: Western Canada 2026, 20-25 April 2026 (travel dates included) is now open. The application deadline is 23 March at 1200 PST.
AIM AND SCOPE OF EVENT:
As a part of the Soldier On National Golf Series, Vancouver Island/Victoria area, is happy to announce it will be hosting the Western Canada Golf Camp 2026 from 20-25 April 2026 (travel days included).
Selected Soldier On members from Western Canada (NW ON, MB, SK, AB and BC) will be afforded the opportunity to attend four consecutive days of clinics and game play instructed by some of Vancouver Islands’ and Canadas’ best Golf Pros.
The aim and scope of this camp will be to improve current skill levels by revisiting the fundamentals; chipping, putting, and full swing mechanics in a golf clinic setting. Participants can expect to participate in one clinic per day which will last between 90-120min. Each clinic will be followed by a round of 18-hole golf. This camp will be very busy and have an extreme focus on golf fundamentals and improving current skill levels. Participants will be expected to be prepared to engage in 7-9 hours of golf and golf related activities daily.
**Participants are responsible for providing their own clubs and will be required to abide by the golf courses’ outlined dress codes**
The number of Soldier On participants is limited to 12.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Any serving member or veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) Western Canada (NW ON, MB, SK, AB and BC) who acquired a permanent physical or mental health illness or injury while enrolled as a member of the CAF; whether attributable or not to service.
*Selected Serving members will require the approval of their Chain of Command to participate.

21-24 April, 2026: Clinics and Golf
0600-0800 Morning Routine and Breakfast
0800/0830 Departure from Accommodations
Golf Clinics
1200 Lunch
1300-1800 Round of Golf on a variety of courses
1800-2000 Dinner
2000 Return to Accommodations

25 April, 2026: Travel Day
TRANSPORTATION & MEALS:
Travel assistance will be provided and coordinated by the Soldier On Regional Coordinator in conjunction with Soldier On Operations. The most economical means of transportation to and from events will be prioritized and discussed with members via the event OPI or delegate.
Local to area participants will be responsible for arranging day-to-day transportation with OPI. Arrangements will be made for local area participants to meet at a rendez-vous point and then may be transported by Soldier On to the activity. However, should participants choose to drive themselves, they will not be compensated.
